We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We do not accept returns; therefore, no refunds will be issued. Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues or product damage, and are subject to inspection and verification of the product's condition.
